Assante Connect Fees

We charge a flat annual Investment Management Fee of 0.40%. This is the annual rate and we calculate the fee on a daily basis by dividing the annual fee by 365. The daily portions are added up and charged to your account monthly.

There are no additional fees for rebalancing your account, no commissions, and Assante Connect will never charge you to move investment accounts in or out.

Management Expense Ratio (MER)

The funds we invest in charge a fee of their own. This goes towards their operating costs such as paying the fund manager, trailing commissions*, legal fees, etc. The MER is charged within the fund and unlike the Investment Management Fee, you will not see this fee deducted from your account. 

All of our performance figures are net of the MER to account for this fee and our Portfolio Managers use a selection of ETFs to keep the average MER of your investments between 0.50% and 0.60%. The MER of your account is displayed on your Assante Connect dashboard at all times. 

*None of Assante Connect's funds include trailing commissions.

Advisor Service Fee

Additional services may be provided by your Assante advisor for which you may pay an annual fee of up to 1.00%. For more information please consult your Assante advisor. If this is the case, your account will be charged the fee on a monthly basis.
